Tagoat Steam Rally Company Limited

Tagoat Steam Rally Company Limited is a voluntary organisation made up of residents of Tagoat village. These residents have been getting together every year since 1984 to put together a show to benefit local charities. The 1984 show was really a threshing day but it sowed a seed in the minds of residents and since then the show has got bigger and better. It is one of the biggest rallies in the country now.

Without the help of our wonderful volunteers the Tagoat Steam Rally could not be held. Each year the community pulls together and the Rally is always a memorable event rain, hail or shine! Volunteers include the organising committee listed below and the helpers who never fail to show up on the day and give of their time in the neighbourly tradition which is so typical of Tagoat. We are always looking for volunteers - you can never have enough help when organising such a big event and for such wonderful causes!
